LEARNING TO LET GO
with Peter Kurczynski, Ph.D.
Learning to let go of problems and frustrations is about more
than just relaxation. We need to uncover the inner sources of
worry and stress, and learn inner methods of actively
responding to them. Buddhist meditation on the clarity of the
mind gives us such methods, and it provides a foundation for a
deep experience of letting go. Through learning to meditate in
this way, we can connect with our potential for happiness, and
gain the perspective we need to approach life with a peaceful
mind.

INNER HEALTH THROUGH MEDITATION
(with Peter Kurczynski)
Meditation promotes health and wellness. If you have good health,
now is the time to learn how to respond with flexibility and
creativity to problems with the body or the mind. If you or someone
you love has health problems, inner methods handed down by Kadampa
Buddhist masters provide a way to incorporate them into a path of
inner well being. Especially at times of sickness or distress,
meditation is an essential component of finding inner peace.
